  • The Early Childhood Services at OlyCAP are focused on addressing the needs of families with children age five and younger. Preschool, early childhood development, and family support services are offered at sites throughout Clallam and Jefferson counties. Children enrolled receive a developmental screening, an individualized learning plan, at least two meals each day and an active learning experience on days they attend the center. In addition to children services, each family enrolled receives support in accessing medical and dental care for their child, parenting education, home visits and help with finding needed services or resources in the community.  Our services are offered free to all qualifying families.  Please submit applications for all programs to ecsapps@olycap.orgApplications can also be submitted at any OlyCAP location in Jefferson or Clallam County.
