Lost Lands 8 – Sand Captivity Walkthrough Bonus Chapter
The bonus chapter introduces a new set of locations and a series of puzzles to complete. You may encounter NPCs that will help you understand the story during the game. Keep reading the walkthrough to find solutions.
Task 1 – Local Resident
- Tap the bushes on the right side to remove and collect a detail from the spot. Go to the left side to discover another detail.
- Follow the pathway to discover another location and go straight to reach a new location. Tap the signboard to get the third colored Detail.
- Hit the back button to close the zoom view and click the barrier on the left side to discover a Stick.
- Click on the back button to take a step back and use the Stick to bring a bag hanging with a tree on the left side down.
- Tap the bag to open the zoom view and place all details on it to start a mini-game. Solve the puzzle to open the bag/trunk and collect the objects: Knife, Unfinished Totem, and Bread.
- Go to the next scene and tap the area on the right side. Select the knife and make it sharp using the stone in the image.
- Afterward, use the knife on Unfinished Totem and get the Wolf Totem that will be added to your list for later use.
- Step back and reach the previous location where you have opened a bag. Select the Wolf Totem from your panel and put it on the platform on the right side.
- First, you have to clean both tiles on the spot and then follow the image to bring the items printed on the circle to the tiles to solve the puzzle and open the secret pathway. Collect the objects as the circle disappears from the spot, such as Storm Whirligig and Road Sign Plate.
- Go to the third location, tap the tree, select the Road Sign Plate, and put it on the tree to complete the second task, “Sign.”
- Follow the pathway on the left side to discover the fourth location and start finding hidden objects.
Explore the Cave
Following the path on the left side may lead you to a cave where you will discover a cage and many other strange objects. The ultimate goal is to search for hidden objects and utilize them to solve tricky puzzles.
- Go to the right side, tap the pulley to open the zoom view, and get a Detail from nearby it.
- Enter the “Cave,” tap the trunk on the left side, and put the Detail on it to run a mini-game. To solve the puzzle, you must set the gems in a sequence, such as Blue, Red, Green, Yellow, Pink, and Light Blue, by moving the grid-based board.
- As you solve the puzzle, the trunk gets opened, and you can collect the Trowel and Mirror Shard from it.
- Now, head to the hay on the right side, get it aside to discover a trapdoor, and pick up the door connected with a rope to find a well. Use the Mirror Shard to see what’s new inside it.
- Leave the well for a while, head to the pot amidst the area to get a Scoop, and tap the back button to close the zoom view.
- Go to the left side and see through the narrow pathway. Use the scoop to get a Prosthesis with Hook.
- Return to the well, attach the hook with the rope, and use it to bring the bucket out, which is loaded with a Key and the Guide Disc. Before leaving the spot, don’t forget to collect a Bucket.
- Now, tap the massive pot amidst the area and fill the bucket with water to see the reflection of a giant monster.
Task – Right Path
After interacting with the giant monster, the game takes you to a new area where finding hidden objects is your ultimate goal. You can see their shows on a panel; however, finding those items won’t be easy; therefore, you must work to reach the end and become the world’s best detective.
