We had 4 families staying in this home and absolutely loved it, the second living area was a major plus for the kids. Very quick walk to the beach and short bike ride to Coligny! The kids loved being able to hop on their bikes and bike for ice cream. The property was clean and spacious, the pictures do not do it justice, its a very large home, with high ceilings. Only recommendation is adding more pot and pans to the kitchen, we had a difficult time planning meals based on how many pots/pans were available. We would love to return!

In spite of my suggestions - the house was Absolutely Wonderful! Location was Perfect! The beds were the most comfortable we’ve slept on. The house was beautiful inside and out! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Hilton Head!! (Could definitely use a few more amenities in the kitchen cupboards - we only had a pepper shaker.?? Wobbly dining room table legs. We also had problems with Spectrum connectivity until they came 2nd to last day of our stay - they did let us know that they would be coming to fix it. I only bring up these minor issues so this rental can be even better than it already is!)

We all had a wonderful time! 29 Pelican was a perfect home for our reunion - the 12 of us had not been all together for 16 years! . Every part of the home was very clean and well taken care of. The beach area is beautiful and very clean - in fact, everything was perfect! I will definitely pass on the word that Beach Properties is an excellent company! Thank you!

This spacious property was everything our 7 person group requires. Plenty of space to meet, dine and fellowship. Short walk to the beach for perfect sunrises and sunsets. 5 out of 5!

This house is exactly as pictured. Perfectly decorated for the beach. You’re close enough to hear the waves and it’s only a couple minute walk to the beach. It feels very private. We liked that the pool has sun and shade spots. The deck is much bigger than it looks in pictures. We loved the house. Only thing was that we cooked a lot and there wasn’t much to work with.

We have been coming to Hilton Head Island for many years, and this is by far the most beautiful property we have rented. For those of us who had to work during the day, we were all able to work in separate spaces with strong WiFi, with plenty of room to gather as a family once work was done. The house is immaculate, the rooms are spacious and inviting, and the furniture is gorgeous. The bathrooms are spa-like, especially the two master bathrooms. I can't say enough about the appliances and the kitchen.....top of the line, for sure! Even the linens, pillows and towels are lovely, and the beds are very comfortable. Truly a special place!!!

Fantastic property! Spacious bedrooms and beautifully furnished for multiple family gathering spot! Pool is half in the shade—very good for hot days! The kitchen is part of huge great room— and huge couch, swivel chairs, oversized dining room table seats more than our 3 families needed.. 1st floor Master AND a 2nd floor master. And other bedrooms are spacious. Right across from beach.

Our stay at 29 pelican was absolutely terrific! The home is new, very well-maintained, with very nice finishings and furnishings. There are seven very generously sized to rather large bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The beds were extremely comfortable and there is a large TV in every room. The proximity to the beach is amazing and such an easy little walk. The pool, which we had heated, was a huge hit with all ages from preteen to grandparent. We would definitely stay again.

Close to the beach with access to lots of shops and restaurants. We were in the pool and hot tub everyday! We will definitely be returning again soon with more family!

The property was beautiful and the home had ample space for a group of 13 + 2 children. Having the pool was perfect despite the weather being a bit cooler than expected. The only thing the house was lacking was larger serving bowls. With so many of us we were scrounging to find plates/bowls that were large enough to serve everyone. Other than that the place was perfect for our group.

This is a beautiful property located very close to the beach. The pool and hot tub were very integrated into the house design and we used them every day. The living area had plenty of room for us to gather for morning coffee and the kitchen enticed us to cook in most evenings and gather around the large dining table. There was plenty of elbow room to find a quiet nook in this home. Everyone was happy with their beautiful bedrooms with relaxing porches. Well thought out design and beautifully furnished. What's not to love?

Stunning property located steps from the beach. Convenient location with bike paths steering you towards the Sandbar for nachos and a Landshark or the French bakery for a homemade croissant. Coligne Beach is just a short 3 minute bike ride away. Quiet neighborhood. Amazing pool and spa. Ample space and massive bedrooms make this house great for large groups or small families that appreciate having their own space to retreat. Everything you need to make a meal at home or all the resources provided to help guide you where to go out. Hope to definitely stay at this phenomenal property again!
